As the thread title says.
For me it’s BLAND. At least from late August to late April that’s the case. Bland pale blue sky, occasionally lame wispy clouds, no change in weather throughout the day 90% of the time. Day in day out and it’s the same featureless sky and non existent weather. Makes a weather enthusiast go insane.
Another would be MISLEADING. On paper averages are quite good but this doesn’t count for deviation from the averages. Every month is too dry but not by a large amount so averages seem good but not every month is going to average precipitation or snowfall so when there’s a dry month it’s terrible. Same with temps, the high variability in an average month makes it seem like it’ll be an exciting climate but the variability is just 1-2 huge temp swings a month and otherwise it’s very stable. Now for those 2 days it’s absolutely epic and hard to beat but the other 28-29 it’s boring.
