1 - of course they fucking are. people swim outdoors in iceland all the time and it's even colder in their summers. 2 - You clearly fucking haven't tried all of them. Skiing for example makes you boiling hot, and it's extreme fun as well. 3 - Electric fucking heating is expensive as shit, could've at least said gas heating, anyway log burning is rewarding, you feel like you've achieved something from all the chopping and preparing the fire. people spend too little effort nowadays and take it all for granted 4 - You don't fucking care about cancer get that and you'd be lucky to reach 70 boy! Ok, I'm finished arguing with you. You're not gonna argue in good faith and this was clearly just a troll climate after all.
Let's agree to disagree. Everyone has different preferences. This climate happens to take my opposing stance on all matters. Consider this as an achievement for yourself, you've managed to build my nightmare climate.
Y'know I was being jokey all through huh? This ain't my dream climate lmao. I'd hate these winters in reality. But ina funny way the idea of spending a winter in thick snow in a log cabin with a wood burner has a certain appeal... cosy. Hmm...

You made it worse. Frigid winters and chilly/sloppily wet summers I thought you in particular would love it. GayJ is a full-blown Med/SoCal wanker, he always was but blew off his mask a few months ago

A solid F. Way too cold, summerless, cloudy and plant-unfriendly (I'm an avid gardener).
Shit, this went from a cold temperate trash to a subpolar nightmare!
By "improved", I expected a warmer Toronto here. Lmao

Summer is too mild and wet to give it a B, so I'll rate a C+.

E, whereas the original Toronto would be a D. Still, I'd need to know the record high humidixes for this new climate to be sure

E+. Unfortunately, IMO, this is not an improved Toronto. Summers are cloudy, so 20ºC (68ºF) days won't feel very summery. Meanwhile, the climate is borderline subarctic, so Toronto would lose its agricultural base. Its winters are worse! Why attack the OP like this?

It's improved to me the creator of the thread, though that might not be a popular opinion in general. I prefer less seasonality, so that's why I wrote "improved", speaking for myself. I made the summers more similar to what I'm used to, and the winters milder I think. EDITWait a minute - actually it's not milder in winter but colder. Hmmm. Maybe I made this because it's what I thought Toronto's climate was actually like before I was into climate and weather. And by "improved" I must have been joking or drinking. The winters are most definitely worse. The summers are better though, for myself personally.
