Nice I guess. Santander and Motueka are too rainy in winter, Chengdu and Sari are too hot in summer. Nice and Barcelona are very similar but it seems Nice has a bit higher snowfall chances and is a bit wetter.

Los Angeles for sure. Warm sunny winters and snow is not that far away if I need it.
There technically isn't a ski area there but my favorite warm climate with potential snow nearby would be Kailua-Kona, HI and Mauna Kea, HI

I went with Nice.
Barcelona, Sari, and Albury are all good though. Nice just happens to be the wettest of them except Sari which is a bit too hot in summer
