Btw "Get Down" might be my favorite Nas song. I know this is probably not a popular opinion though. It's probably my fave as well. Nas always has a fucking good flow. Btw it's got nothing to do with the lyrics but I associate it with cold weather. I first heard it when I got interested in weather back in late 2008. I was looking at model outputs of the upcoming January 2009 cold snap with the song blasting in the background. Couple hours ago I was taking a stroll in the neighborhood against the cold wind with it blasting in my headphones.  |

I love listening to songs that remind me of good weather, especially while the good weather is occurring. I love the "Breakadawn" song whenever it's rainy or cold and snowy outside. Also a great morning song (I also think Get Down is a great morning song too). "Good Morning" by Nas is another great one. Hey! Didn't ever expect to see you in this thread, nice. |
