Copiapo, only one with both an acceptable summer temperatures and something that resembles a winter.
I live at 28S, close enough to 27S, but at an elevation of 1200m above sea level. Definitely not the sweet spot even considering it’s elevation.

I picked Florianópolis. The rest looks either too hot or too dry.

Brisbane wins over Tampa for having less-humid summers and more-equable record temperatures. This is a good latitude - my favorite personally is about 23.

Is this the best latitude on the Planet climaticaly ? Urrrr. No. Well, except Luderitz, temps are excellent there, but it's much too dry.

Kalbarri, decent temps and a relatively rainy winter/dry summer, still not a true Mediterranean climate though. That's why the 35º latitude area is much better, it's where to find the subtropical and rainy Mediterranean zones

Tampa seems like the best overall - meant to have some epic storms, too.
Luderitz must be one of the most boring climates on Earth.
