Climate tables from a few prison towns in the United States. I can't get them all, but hopefully I covered a nice variety of the climates that incarcerated individuals experience in this country... during recreation High Desert State Prison, Susanville, California Monroe Correctional Complex, Monroe, Washington (Close to where I live!) Inmates here get to enjoy wonderful view of the cascades Dixon Correctional center, Illinois Arizona state Prison complex - Douglas, Arizona California state Prison Los Angeles County, Lancaster, CA

Monroe of course, nice precipitation pattern and generally decent temps. Also Monroe is warmer than the climate data suggests, because that data has a PoR from 1929 to 2016.

Makes sense that they put prisons in shit climates. Susanville is the easy winner though.

Dixon for having a proper 4 season climate, although I'd prefer hotter summers.

Douglas for being the most mildest. actually Monroe is the mildest, and this goes for both winter and summer

Douglas I guess. It's too dry but I don't really like any of these.

Douglas for being the most mildest. actually Monroe is the mildest, and this goes for both winter and summer Why? Douglas has warmer winter highs and means. The only way Monroe is milder is the lows and maybe extreme cold snaps.

First of all, I meant milder as in more temperate (less temp extremes). Sure, Douglas has warmer winter means because of the highs, but has average winter lows below freezing.

I assume American prisons lack AC, so Monroe.
