Below average throughout. Signs of a return to average after the 7-8 day period.

Very mixed bag in store here. That -10Β°C low is very notable, it would be in the top three coldest temps this calendar year if it occurred.

Da fuck!? Their Dickcember MTD is some 3C hotter than here so they deserve it. I hate to say it, but southern Vic could see similar disgusting temps over Christmas, minus the storm chances, and probably will fail to get out of the mid-20's here

Well it most likely won't be breaking the record of 13Β°C LOL, although I do remember one Christmas in 2006 being very similar in temperature
Strange thing I have noticed is that when ashes cricket is being played this year, it has been weirdly mild at every ground at some point. So yeah, makes sense that we're fucked for the christmas/boxing day period

Well it most likely won't be breaking the record of 13Β°C LOL, although I do remember one Christmas in 2006 being very similar in temperature Christmas morning 2006 had hail, which made it a "white christmas" It was a 100% wintry morning, cold, blustery, hail, dark, and the high that day was only 14.5C here is the daily obs www.australianweathernews.com/data/archive/86/2006_12.HTM the month itself was slightly above avg with a 42C day in the mix. The following Jan and Feb had avg temps of 17.1/27.9C and 18.3/29.0C at the city station respectively so that summer overall was actually very good ironically enough lol
