Lol, how have you heard of Tomasz Schafernaker? Because I used to watch BBC weather's Europe forecast videos. And of course he is infamous for this: There used to be another dark-haired female presenter I liked. Really cute, but she's not around anymore.

Hell no. If there was actually going to be some sun I wouldn't mind. But that's a cold gloomy hell. WO always underforecasts sunshine for my area though, when a day says partly cloudy you can generally double the amount of sunshine they're giving us. Plus whenever we get to -4, -5 etc it nearly always means clear skies. If we (i.e. Bingley) get down to -5 with clear skies and no wind again I'll have to go out with a thermometer first thing in the morning to check the temperature in my back garden, I bet we'd be -10 here in the valley.
