Remarkable. You'd be hardpressed to find a more average forecast for mid-June in Umeå.  Unlike what's going on in southern Sweden (as well as the east side of the baltic)...   |

A bit disappointing how lame this heat wave is here compared to home... 8 °C difference next weekend, the average high is only about 2.5 °C colder.
Nonetheless a great forecast, and having indoor temps in mind I should be happy about the benign temps here.

Back in England now brother! Summer is not guaranteed to happen for us! I'm actually enjoying the cooler/wetter interludes, it makes you appreciate the warmer/sunny days when you get them too. Yeah I couldn't live somewhere that's hot and sunny for months and months ever again. As I've got older, I've become less tolerant for heat. I hope you're doing well anyway now you're back in the UK. You're not actually in Portsmouth are you? There's some nice little towns around there anyway, and I'll always love Pompey myself! |

Yep Malta was far too hot & humid, for far too long for my liking, you do get bored of endless sunny days too. Yes very happy to be back in the UK. I'm staying at my Mum's right now as my house in Southsea is still being rented out, it's a few miles inland from Portsmouth, so I have the countryside & coast on my doorstep, am loving how green everything is  |

Bummer. With every model run the emphasis of the heat is turning more and more east. But I'm not too disappointed, because my forecast still looks great.
