blocking high off on the Atlantic coast of Europe. Deep trough / cold air mass [almost an upper level low? not sure how they're are defined on the Atlantic coast; cold air mass centered around the Baltics  850 hPa are cold enough for snow in parts of higher elevation Spain and western France  |
