bad forecast for more days of lying โ or falling snow. Tomorrow should get rid go any old black ice; maybe a bit of snow cover in the woods will last one more day. Warmest forecast of the winter, but too cloudy and wet. It's been much wetter than winters in the last few years; which were kinda dry Been three below average months in the Northeast already, really want those above average temperatures rn

Forecast highs here according to euro Thursday: 53F Friday: 48F Saturday: 36F Sunday: 41F Monday: 39F Tuesday: 63F Wednesday: 70F Thursday: 58F For Rochester using the euro and the more realistic NWS in parentheses: Thursday: 51 (53) Friday: 41 (38) Saturday: 37 (35) Sunday: 40 (39) Monday: 52 (49) Tuesday: 61 (53) Wed.: 68 (49) Thursday: 52 (N/A)

Way more important which direction it comes from this time of the year on that latitude on the east side of a continent than here

We've returned to seasonal norms after a cool first half of February. Rainfall has now disappeared from the forecast (and with it thunderstorms ๐ข) meaning that relief for Bangkokians suffering from poor air quality could still be some way off.

A slightly cooler than average week again. Mid next week will see the remains of TC Kelvin come through bringing cloud and easterly winds. Still no real period of sustained heat.

posting my last week's temperatures first. Flat-ish temperature & dewpoint evening around the 16th was accompanied by thick fog from late afternoon to mid morning, then light rain early morning, cleared up and temperatures dropped with the cold front. The one before the 12th was heavy rain, then cold front. Sense a pattern? The 15th was forecast to be the warmest day but with the lack of sun on the 15th, the 14th was a couple degrees warmer at around 50ยฐF. Will repost next week and compare. Our forecast has a decent snowstorm, and spring!

Next week weather looks more variable than the one of last week. When the weather is like that the weather forecasts are always extremely imprecise in here, but still...

Second year in a row we may reach 70 F/21 C in February. Happened last year along with an unusual February thunderstorm. This is why I have zero sympathy for anyone who cries about a few weeks of cold weather when we have this crap happening fairly frequently.
