Porto-Vecchio wins this, temps pretty close to ideal. Castirla is the rainiest of the Mediterranean options, but its temps are slightly worse. I'd like to see Castirla with updated 1991-2020 normals, idk why some French places are up to date but others have 1981-2010 data.

Marseille, it was close with Porto-Vecchio but I prefer Marseille's winter temps

Bessans. Great winters, summers too cool but the morning chill wanes quickly in that kind of location.
Really surprised by Bec de l'Aigle's sub-20°C average low given its location.
Also I always thought Toulon was sunnier than Marseille. Obviously not the case, to my bewilderment.
