If you want wet summers or cold winters, you're out of luck Santa Cruz and Berkeley for being the wettest. Temperatures don't matter as much on these since a lot of them are similar. I'd be fine with all except Davis, Merced, and Riverside if the others got more rain. The worst is driest one, Riverside. |
