D+, basically Delhi but with a lot of cold rain in exchange for not being semi-arid and more cool weather. February-May is nice and September/October are tolerable.

Solid E. Summers are nice if a bit too hot. Winters are horrific & nightmarish indeed.

Summers are a little too hot, and the rainfall distribution too seasonal, but winters (while not great by any means) are a significant improvement over those of my location.
(It's an A if the streets are lined with pennies waiting to be picked up.)

D+. Very unique, interesting climate where you get a bit of everything. Summers are too hot and winters too dreary, but February to May and September/October are fairly decent.

C. July-September looks amazing, winters look like Seattle on steroids, which isn't great but better than continental winters for sure.

B+. Pretty good temps, sure a bit more seasonality than ideal, nice rainy winters and dry heat. July, but especially August and September monsoons, drastically lower the grade, as does the dry March/April.
