The lackluster highs in the warmer half of the year, except for April and May, aren't really that much higher than at Helsinki Airport. Moscow is 5 degrees further south, and it's completely inland compared to semi-maritime Helsinki.

D. Definitely not the worst by global standard, just need to endure winter darkness and wait longer for warmth to come.
