1. My first thought was Bear Island, Norway but that seems to be cooler than this place. I still think it's a Scandinavian island in the Arctic ocean though.
I give it a well-deserved F.
2. Mount Read, Tas

Cairngorm: Good for snow lovers, ski-ing and sledging, a bit too cold for me, but better than being too hot so D-. Mt Reed: Milder comfortable temperatures and liveable, but the rain knocks it down to a D.

Cairngorm has no redeeming features, it's an F-. Mount Read is an F+, at least it gets a ton of cold rains.
