Another same latitude climate battle (32ยฐ N-ish). Charleston does record some snow once or twice every decade, whereas Tel Aviv last did in 1950.

I think we already know how everyone will vote when itโs a med climate vs. a non med climate with similar temps

Rain in summer is crappy. And it's not like Tel Aviv has pathetic mild summers either. They are properly hot. Trust me

I think we already know how everyone will vote when itโs a med climate vs. a non med climate with similar temps Except when the non-Med one is prone to cold snaps that delivers -14C (6F) record lows. Some people may not fancy that. The results would've been more lopsided if I had an east coast AUS climate (like Newcastle) instead of Charleston.

Perhaps although I think the number of members that value the 2 cold days a year over opposite precipitation patterns is very small. You, Kaleetan, idk about anyone else.

Trust me No one claimed that Tel Aviv has crummery weather, and if I'm not mistaken, crummer more specifically refers to a lack of warmth in summer, not a specific precip pattern you don't like.

I'll go for Charleston because of the temperature profile and T-storms. Tel Aviv's sunshine is supreme, but it's too dry for too long. Conversely, Chaleston's summers are a bit too wet. Both of them are B+ in my book.
