Pointe-Noire is the best. I like the temperatures of Leticia better but it is too wet.

Reluctantly I choose Ayabaca. Hard to get a good climate at 4S, but I would like something a little warmer.
Talara - Dryness defeats any good parts of this climate. F
Ayabaca - Mild with no summer, meh, C
Leticia - Too hot, too many rainy days. E
Pointe-Noire - Dry season is comfortable, wet too hot. D+/C-
Oksibil - Too many rainy days. D-
