Sparta of course for the great temps and rainfall pattern. Sure its weatherbox is a couple degrees warmer than reality, but that's not a reason for Penrith to win. Sparta is still a great Med climate.

It's strange how Wikipedia mods/editors aren't correcting or removing the figures...
