Similar latitude climates. This battle requires a sacrifice. Would you sacrifice Samsun's warm reliable summers for Launceston's decent sunshine hours (or vice versa)? Launceston's summers aren't that reliably warm, but the winters are slightly warmer and much sunnier, whereas Samsun is clearly pretty gloomy in the winter.  |

I like Launnie... stayed there a few nights on a trip to Tassie in Dec 2014.... but the climate is less than .... errr ... desirable....

Yeah, I'd definitely pick Suwon over those two in this climate battle, though for a slightly different reason - it has notably warmer summers and actually gets multiple months with avg highs in the 80s and has reliably warm lows in summer. |
