Both climates are on the cool end of things. Lviv has 72 snow days and Cabramurra gets around 53 snow days annually. Lviv has more reliably warm summers, but in winter it is prone to severe cold snaps where temps down to -20C are not unheard of (as what the record lows suggest). Cabra is more sunnier, so that can give the sense of "warmth" in the summer, but it is far more wetter throughout the months. Cabra has recorded frost in all summer months, unlike Lviv.

Leaning toward Cabramurra for the sun, but if it gets much more snow, then Lviv

They're both shit but maybe Lviv is a little less shit for some semblance of summer warmth.

Cabramurra, man that's a jolly D climate, sdummers are amazing, sunny and cool is just the ticket. The winters are too cold, but the sun makes up for it a bit.

Both are bad, but Lviv wins for actually having something resembling summer.

There is also an AWS at Cabramurra, which has data from 1996-2023. It under-reads precipitation because it doesn't measure the melted snow, which explains the difference in precipitation there appears to be.

But it didn't have the extremes from when the records began. And I have a bias when it comes to the second climate boxes on Wikipedia pages, thinking that they're probably "less" accurate. ๐

I would say Angler made those boxes... he has complained previously on this Forum and on Ski.com re the rainfall discrepancies re the newer AWS at the Snowy Hydro site, Cabramurra.

Hm, this one's actually hard! I'll go with Cabramurra for now, but this is the kind of climate battle that can flip back and forth every other day for me.

Cabramurra. I'll sacrifice summer warmth for greater sunshine and less dry overcast days

Lviv
I'll take the better summers in exchange for the slightly worse winters. Both are ass though.

Lviv since it's more continental. Cabramurra is too wet even if it gets more sun. Using the second climate box it's a closer battle but Lviv still prevails.
