Las Vegas. Cancun is better in the humidity/storms department though is also too warm in winter, they're very close really - both solid climates, though Antalya's shit ass cold winter rain deluge can fuck off.

Antalya, pretty much a perfect climate. I wouldn't want to spend just a vacation there, I'd wanna spend a lifetime.

Sochi for the best summers, and occasionally snowy, if a bit cold winters. I don't mind Antalya or Gold Coast either.
