The Jordanian one of course, its temps are nearly perfect and it has the correct rainfall pattern and is wetter. The Utah winters are too cold.

Utah just gets over the line. Worse winters, though better potential for extreme heat, not like Jordan gets much in the way of warm lows and storms either.
