Another one of the "comfortable climates" series, this one is for those who prefer something a bit on the cosy, darker, damper side of things. Called Drizzleland, it's actually not so much rainy as damp, with many rain days compared to the actual rainfall amount that occurs. Temperatures are comfortable all year, good for outdoor activity, as one doesn't get too hot and sweaty. Never has a frost been recorded, but nor has it even been hot. Snow very rarely occurs. Thunderstorms occur on 1.2 days per annum - January is the most thundery month, with an average of 0.3 thunderstorm days. Personally, I'd rate the climate a B-, it really is quite pleasant.

E+, winter is pretty good but this place lacks even a semblance of summer warmth, tanking the grade.

In Drizzleland, some years could be so mild in winter and cool in summer as to be entirely seasonless because it's more or less seasonless anyway. The top table though shows the most "continental" year that might be possible.

Even the most "continental" year in Drizzleland is still an F. It's a place where all hope and weather enthusiasm goes to die

Looks like the climate in the most elevated sections of Bogotรก I'd think. Highs are much cooler than Bogotรก, not sure what's a closer real world example. Even Pasto is warmer highs than this.
