D. Winters too cool and don't like the monsoon all that much.

B. Good temperatures (but could do with larger diurnal ranges and higher record highs), decent rainfall (July and August are a bit too wet though) and some winter snowfall. Probably one of the best climates on the subcontinent if not all of Asia. I'd bump my grade up to B+ if there is over 2000 hours of sunshine, but given the diurnals and rainfall I doubt it.
