I'm not that familiar with subtype abbreviations...but I've been to all these climate types: subtropical, subtropical highland, all 3 tropical types, all humid continental types, subarctic, alpine tundra, hot desert, oceanic, and mediterranean.

All except for Cwb, Cwc, Dsd, Dwb, Dwc, Dwd, Dfd, and EF.
O'ahu North Shore + Honolulu + Hilo on the Big Island (Hawai'i) probably cover all 3 of Af + Am + Aw.
The Bohai Sea rim and the Lower Yangtze region alone cover Dwa and Cwa, although it's possible I've also passed through some Dwb areas on a train in northern China.
The rest all exist as microclimates in the parts of the Lower 48 I've been to- although I've been to more of the world than just the US + Canada + China.

Dfa and Dfb - duh, Wisconsin is split between these two and I'm pretty well-traveled within the state. Also Cfa (Philadelphia, PA [2000], Bowling Green, KY [2004]) and BSk (western SD and WY [2002]). Rapid City is practically right on the border of BSk/Dfa/Dwa so I've probably passed through a few islands of Dwa as well. I feel as though I'm kind of cheating counting Cfa though, considering I've never been anywhere I personally consider subtropical (other than, jokingly, Madison and Milwaukee). Like CRISPR, I'm not that well-traveled
