Venus. The temperature and atmospheric pressure is very earth-like at 50-60km above the surface. Apparently there you can find the conditions most similar to Earth in the entire solar system.

I'm a cold hater and I'll go with Mars. At least I can cover it and that way I can survive. In Venus I think that it's impossible either way.

Mars. Venus may have Earth-like conditions in the clouds, but those clouds are corrosive.
Venus also makes Chongqing and Torshavn feel like the Sahara in terms of annual sun hours.
