Jinan for me. Winters are too cold, though it's got a fairly quick spring warmup, I like that it's got the warmest summers out of these.

San Luis Obispo. SLO has a pretty ideal mean temp and great rainfall pattern.

I myself would say SLO > Qingdao > Seattle ~ Jinan

Jinan
Not the best precipitation pattern and sun distribution, but it has the most interesting temperatures by far.

Seattle but I wouldn’t mind SLO depends on the mood tbh.
Seattle > SLO >>>>>>> Qingdao > Jinan

Winters are ass, but summers are easily the best of the bunch.

Reluctantly Qingdao. Winter sucks ass but at least it’s not too cold and the rest of the year is better than the rest.

San Luis Obispo reluctantly. Jinan is just too continental for my liking

I don't like any of these... Seattle I guess. SLO is comfortable but too dry and lacks a winter. Seattle winters are bad but the summer is nice. The two Chinese climates are too hot in summer and the dry winter with temps around freezing doesn't make up for it.
