C+, by maritime standards. Winters are cold and snowy with plentiful squalls, but summers are much too warm.

Too maritime, although it's nearby some very good climates.

Btw, Yarmouth is the sea-level climate closest to the equator that is colder than my home climate (Frankfurt) in every month, for both highs and lows.

yeah but they are closer to the pole than Yarmouth and have warmer winters than my climate. Nemuro, Japan is another contender but has slightly warmer July lows than Ffm.

Snowfall is solid, but it's a good deal too maritime for my tastes. I'd give it a C-.

OMG I just realized you can change your vote if you changed your mind. That's amazing.
I rate it C. Winters too snowy, Summers too rainy.

D.
Spring, Summer and fall are terrible; too cold/wet. Great winters though.
