Odessa just has to frustrate me with its awful winters. Bit of a tie really. Can't decide. I'll toss a coin.
Eeeeee well. Odessa wins.

I don't know if Odessa is sunny enough to beat London's warmer winters. I'll pick London even though they're very close.

Odessa's winters are 2ยฐC Gothenburgish garbage and London essentially squeeze by with a narrow margin.

Odessa. Way more continental than London.

Odessa. Better in every aspect besides precipitation and sunshine (slightly too sunny for my tastes).
Odessa's temperatures look really similar to Boston, expect the diurnal ranges are a bit lower.

Any climate can't beat London unless if they have a warmer transitional season with identical extreme months.

Both are poor, but Odessa is better for the additional sunshine

Odessa by miles. ~600 more sunshine hrs and warmer summers trump the cooler winters. Not to mention that Odessa would have much more interesting (snowier and colder record lows) winters. London's winters are pretty chilly anyway, so I don't mind having it a bit cooler and having something to show for it.
