F. At least it has a decently long dry season, could definitely be worse. December-March is suicide material though.

Quite bad, but there are many populated places that are worse, like Dikson, Barrow or Pond Inlet with similar summers and much more severe winters.
At least you have strong sun and a tropical cLimate is just a short trip away.

F, complete hellhole. The UV index must be absolutely brutal yet it's still really cold.

An actual hellhole, both in terms of climate and as a place to live. F

I doubt they would have much snow cover actually. Really warm highs and strong sun will melt any snow really quickly even though the nights are frigid.
I think the worst part of this climate is the limbo. If it were winter or spring then it wouldn't be bad. It's just the prospect of knowing it's never going to get warner that sucks.

Damn, that's like 5000 m elevation. Must be one of the highest inhabited places in the world.
Terrible climate. The combination of dangerously high UV and endless cold makes me want to slit my wrists. F.

Even on a 20C day you feel the burning sensation from it. I can't imagine how horrible it must feel 5000m up

I ask you since you've experienced Peruvian highlands and cloudlines IRL, so you should be a suitable expert
