How would you rate a climate made up of the warmest months from NYC's LaGuardia Airport station

B-. Pretty good but could use cooler winters, summer lows and more snowfall. Also too wet in winter.

C, by inland standards. Summer diurnals are pitifully narrow, but winters are splendid.

I'd rate it a B, much nicer year round. Sadly the average lows in July and August are overwhelming, would've been a B+ if not for that

C. Fantastic summers, ruined by the winters. Amazing how warm NYC can get in summer.

It's an A- for me. Overall temperature pattern is awesome, as are the dry summers and wet winters. Could use less seasonal lag and much more spring rain, and even drier midsummer.

Yay for necro-ing threads from 5 years ago. Wonder how many of those warmest month records still stand. That December is mind-blowing

This January could make a run at the record, however. It's off to a mild start with average highs well into the 50s

C. Good shoulder seasons, not ideal but tolerable winters/summers
