That July looks good, presumably very sunny too? 19.3C average low is amazing! I can't imagine anywhere in the UK beating that.
Overall, winter looks good, but spring and Autumn are too cool. Summer is good, and I'm guessing sunshine hours are plentiful. I'll give it a C.

Surprisingly cool shoulder seasons. Only average high of 10'C for their warmest April? Assume diurnals were low but still. Gets a C. Barely even better temperatures than Lund, although I suspect the sunshine is higher.

22.7C is very impressive for Helsinki. I bet there are quite a few German cities that have never seen such a high mean.

The average low in July is too much warm for me to consider it's uncomfortable. Precipitations in all months are fairly decent, there are more compliments than complaints in this climate scenario.
