I forgot to add that the longest dry stretch in Vancouver history stands at 58 days. Don't think any other major eastern city can compare with that.

C-. Too boring and mild and there could be a few more thunderstorms but otherwise the precipitation is pretty good. Looks extremely comfortable.

E-
Too dry. I'm surprised how little snow fell in December and January.

Vancouver normally has 1200mm annual precipitation om average. Well, what I wish someone would do is make "most even rainfall Vancouver" where every single month has exactly 100mm precipitation. If some month has never had 100mm, then instead have every single month be whatever the driest wet record month is (for example if July has had 50mm at most, then ever month has to have 50mm)

D, temperatures are better than actual Vancouver (more continental) but way too dry and not snowy enough in the winter.

E- Too dry. I'm surprised how little snow fell in December and January. Both Dec 1984 and Jan 1949 featured a strong suppressed jet. Thus the dry and chilly weather.

Silver lining...July and August weren't cloudy. Both months were bone dry with lots of sunshine.

If July and August 1986 saw 0 rain, how is the longest dry stretch only 58 days?
Temperatures get a B, but the dryness drops it to a D.

Record high below 30'C: automatic F. It's also absurdly dry and cold.
