I will go with Kindersley for having more sunshine and warmer crummers, having less horrible overcast/drizzly weather and for being drier. I can't stand disgusting cloudy summerless oceanic shitholes, and if a climate has winters that are too cold to grow (sub)tropical vegetation like palms and citrus, it may as well be snowing.
