Rare for me to accept such winter as those in Shenyang, but it is dry and sunny enough that I would tolerate it for the far superior remainder of the year.

Shenyang has an a- climate...so I'll go with that.
Amazing climate just needs a bit more snow but that's what Hokkaidõ is for.

Shenyang. Binghampton's crummers are not even close to being adequate. Both winters are cold anyway.

Binghamton. Brutally freezing winters combined with humid summers in Shenyang seems the worst situation.
