D+. Epic snowy winters, but summers are just far too cool and cloudy and too polar overall.

I changed my original vote of F to E because of the three months with over 300 sun hours.
Though I'd hate mild winters if I lived there because of all the slush, it's still chilly either way so might as well be properly frozen.

Winter looks like dark and depressing without a permanent snowpack, and summer is still too cool.
