I live here, what is so great about it? A never ending winter without a decent spring the last five years. <iframe width="16.100000000000023" height="4.840000000000003" style="position: absolute; width: 16.100000000000023px; height: 4.840000000000003px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none;left: 15px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_36312728" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="16.100000000000023" height="4.840000000000003" style="position: absolute; width: 16.1px; height: 4.84px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 753px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_82517914" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="16.100000000000023" height="4.840000000000003" style="position: absolute; width: 16.1px; height: 4.84px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 15px; top: 181px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_75152537" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="16.100000000000023" height="4.840000000000003" style="position: absolute; width: 16.1px; height: 4.84px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 753px; top: 181px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_59656569" scrolling="no"></iframe> Compared to Binghamton, Philly seems literally subtropical. About 10-12F warmer year round which makes a huge difference Where are you located?

Portugal, fucquão! Bragança trashes anything in PA Lommaren! West virginia would probably be tighter though as there are some nice appalachian climates there.

PENNSYLVANIA
The worst climate in Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) is still better than almost anywhere in Portugal (the exception being Guarda).

Do I need to explain myself at all one this One? No, but you have to explain yourself to the grammar police.

PA. Most of Pennsylvania has a good climate, an improved version of my climate. That is, outside of Philadelphia. Even just the northern and western suburbs are very frequently in a much better position to get snow, and to get higher totals, compared to the city and South Jersey. And those locations always seem to retain snow cover much better than we do here.

Pennsylvania, but only just. Both of them are plagued by winter warm fronts, so might as well go for the one that actually gets snow and colder rain as opposed to boring warm rain. Portugal has far superior summers, however.

Portugal, due to the strength of Faro and maybe Lisbon alone, as both places have some utterly ghey climates.
