I was looking at my documents on paper and found this. This is probably the first serious attempt to create a dream climate. IDK from what year it is, but I'd guess it's from around 2010-2011 maybe. If it was from earlier the table would not be in English. Note that 'wet days' are using the 0.1 mm threshold.
The "mod" scribble probably means that these months are under consideration.
I'll give it a B+. Shoulder seasons are colder than I prefer now, record highs are too weak and record lows too low.
