Aragón and Navarre are bordering one another, but these two definitely have some odd characteristics for nearby climates. For me Pamplona is the easy winner: it's about as perfectly distributed as an interior European climate can be. Daroca is not bad by any means, but hotter summers along with too slow spring warm-up lets it down. At least Pamplona is better balanced with rainfall distribution and has more pleasant days on average in a summer. Pamplona: A- Daroca: B-

Daroca's temperatures and sun are great, so I'll vote for that. Wish it was rainier in the winter
