Uppsala is a city with uhi, I have maybe 10 times told that so-called "Tartu" current weather station is actually located in a village (about 20 km from real Tartu!). I have compared real countryside places in sweden with real countryside places here and i have made my conclusions. Also, as I have told you more than one times in maritime climates averages look deceitfully high. Pay attention to Siberian places. Those averages there are only a bit higher but in reality those places there are more prone to summer warmth. Besides, historical Tartu heat record should be above 30 Reaumur degrees, so more than it in Uppsala. And oh, the sunshine map of Europe is here, Estonia is sunnier than Sweden.

Someone should set up a Sweden vs Estonia climate battle, then we can settle this once and for all

Someone should set up a Sweden vs Estonia climate battle, then we can settle this once and for all I remember I made a gothenburg v vöru climate battle expecting Vöru to win. This was after trying to call a truce with Anhityk saying I personally prefer Gothenburg, but Vöru is much better if you prefer colder winters. It didn't end well.

As of today:
20 C: 136 (8th most to date) 25 C: 100 (5th most to date) 30 C: 39 35 C: 4
35 C ended up T-11th most and barring extreme October heat, 30 C will end up 12th most all time.

The year hasn't been that spectacular here.
>20 April: 3 May: 14 June: 25 July: 28 August: 20 September so far: 5
Total: 95
>25 May: 2 June: 6 July: 13 August: 3 September so far: 2
Total: 17
>30 June: 1
Total: 1
That'll almost certainly see through the 25's, maybe some more 20's to come. Would be nice to reach 100.

firebird1988 Today 9/23 is the 266th day of the year, so 280 is too high. Were any days below 20?

I'll try this again lol And to answer your question, we had 16 days so far this year with highs below 20°C: Jan 10=18.3°C Jan 20=16.1°C Jan 21=14.4°C Jan 22=16.1°C Feb 12=18.9°C Feb 14=16.1°C Feb 15=18.9°C Feb 16=18.9°C Feb 20=15.6°C Feb 21=15.6°C Feb 22=17.2°C Feb 23=16.7°C Feb 24=15.6°C Feb 25=17.8°C Feb 28=15.6°C Mar 4=19.4°C 1/1-9/22 Highs 20°C+=249 Highs 25°C+=212 Highs 30°C+=168 Highs 35°C+=144 Highs 40°C+=80 Highs 45°C+=7
