Probably the best Russian climate IMO. I'll give it a B-. Novorossiysk

I think a C is fair: a little bit too cool winters to be ideal and summer nights will feel very sticky with those actual overnight temps and daily means. Sochi rains too much but I think that one's better (B-/C+)

D+. Mild, rainy winters, cool springs, humid summers with mild days and warm nights, tiny diurnal range but still seasonal, not overly wet, generally pleasant, and likely some snow.

I prefer Krymsk and Goryachi Klyuch especially. They are less muggy in summer, and the latter has a more even rain distribution as well as less seasonal lag (warmer Mays).
I rate it B either way. Sunshine could be more than the 2100-2300h though.

Is it just me or does that climate appear very similar to Grenoble and Turin?

Is it just me or does that climate appear very similar to Grenoble and Turin? They're on the same latitude lol. Or similar anyway, Novorossiysk is actually slightly lower! I've fixed the climate data btw, it was off according to the source.
