One of the Hottest and driest Cities in the USA. Avg only 3.36" (85.3 mm) of rain a year. Summers are very hot and very long with short mild to warm winters. Very Sunny as well.  |

E+. Winters are very boring, but pleasant and there are really only 4 intolerable months and the rest are very nice. The brutal summers put it a grade down from other pleasant but boring climates.

Five months are comfortable and lows stay reasonable for most of the year. The endless sunshine and oppressive summers would suck though. D.

D. Summers are way too hot & although winters are nice & warm, the record lows are too cold. Not enough rain too...

Solid B. One of the best climates in the Western USA. Love the sunshine and dryness. Summers are a bit too hot otherwise would be a B+
