This climate battle royale pits the warmest year-round climates in the world against one another. Note that this is not intended as a ranked list of the warmest places as I've tried to pick climates from various parts of the world for the sake of variety. Also note that each of these could probably be replaced by one of several other nearby climates (the difference in mean temp is usually less than 0.3 C). Every climate in this battle has an annual 24-hr mean temp of at least 28 C. The inspiration for this battle is a very interesting Wunderground blog on the subject. You can read it here: www.wunderground.com/blog/weatherhistorian/warmest-places-on-earth-average-annual-temperature.htmlMecca, Saudi Arabia:
This looks to be the hottest inhabited place in the world. There is the potential for some truly horrifying heat indices here during the warmest months. Guymaral, Colombia:
The data looks slightly suspect (diurnal ranges look a bit high), but I'll allow it. Wyndham, Australia: Don't let the arid landscape fool you - humidity can be very high during summer here. Bangkok, Thailand: My new home! A strong urban heat island effect makes an already hot climate even more sultry. Dallol, Ethiopia: Uninhabited, but I had to include it. The hottest climate on earth by a wide margin. Data was gathered by a mining company over a six year period but seems to be generally accepted. Nellore, India: Hottest climate in India. Choluteca, Honduras: In case Guaymaral's rainfall pattern was too even for your liking. Willemstad, Curaçao:
A dry island. Tarawa, Kiribati:
A wet island. This would probably be my pick as it doesn't get too much over 30 C at any time of the year.

I think Wyndham has the most relief from any heat out of these climates, so I'll go for that.

Probably Wyndham, best variety of everything. The thunderstorms in that area are fabled.

Wyndham for me for having cool winter nights, I was tempted to choose Kiribati, Honduras, or Colombia though because they're much wetter.

I think I'll go with Wyndham. Epic thread idea!. A few others were tempting. Worst is Dallol obviously followed by Mecca. All are F level climates.

Wyndham
Probably has the best combination of the things I like, including cool winter nights. I bet it gets epic storms in the summer. Only negative is that the precipitation pattern is too seasonal there - and related, the too-high dew points in the summer.
Fun fact: Aruba (very similar to Willemstad) was the basis for my first dream climate back in 2002.

All shit, but the least shit is Willemstad, reasonable rainfall and a month with a sub 30 avg. high (but with no others with very high avg. highs like Nellore).

Willemstad, best precipitation pattern of the bunch (dry with a moderate rainy season), and most comfortable temperatures.
