WyndhamProbably has the best combination of the things I like, including cool winter nights. I bet it gets epic storms in the summer. Only negative is that the precipitation pattern is too seasonal there - and related, the too-high dew points in the summer. Fun fact: Aruba (very similar to Willemstad) was the basis for my first dream climate back in 2002. Even hard core Top Enders think Wyndham is a shithouse climate. Nice in the dry season of course, but the other 9 months of the year are pretty bad !

October reminds me of the subtropical desert parts of Arizona in summer.

Surprisingly Mecca for the "seasons" and most especially DRY HEAT.
Don't let a 31C in Willemstad fool you, it will probably feel like 37C...

Sometimes, April, May and Sept can be 'ordinary' Really only June-August is safe from heat.

For me, Wyndham is the best of the bunch, as it has at least the possibility of cool nights in winter. Sure, it experiences very hot temperatures, but at least it has some rainfall in the summer to allow shrubs.

Toss-up between Bangkok and Choluteca. I'm very suspicious of the data for Valledupar.
