Umba; combines sort of liveable summers; I'd assume something like 19/9 or 20/8 with winters that are less bad some other locations there, probably -7/-14 or something. All of these climates are completely miserable of course, but Kola at least is a very interesting climate region, it's like a maritime region where the Gulf Stream weakens but still remains as an influence, with freezing sea to its east during winter and ice-free waters to its west. Certainly a shame that no high/low data could be found though.

pjalica on the eastern coast of the peninsula is most interesting imo. you can't find a tundra climate in finland or scandinavia with such cold winters.
