Located on the offshore southern island of Jeju this is the warmest climate of the entirety of the two Koreas. I sort of like much of it; sunny winters in double-digits, but summers are way too rainy and the overnight lows that are so hot and humid on aggregate won't help either. Summer highs would be acceptable, but I wish those were lower too. C+

Great tropical summers but there is no winter. Still has a surprising number of "snow" days though.

Summers are too warm and humid but Seogwipo gets points for rainfall, cloudiness, and cool winters.

Also, that is certainly a proper winter. Pretty much a CW Slopes winter.
