Yes but 1300h is the same as Trondheim recorded and they seem to be able to have nice weather anyway. And although I wasn't thinking about it, equatorial suns are a lot hotter through clouds. You need pretty thick clouds to block the zenith sun. When a climate should be compared to the likes of fucken Trondheim, then that's when you know it is a lethally cloudy climate; suicidal, so to speak. But of course, Sweden is already lethally cloudy...the only difference? It's also fucken dry If it's suicidally cloudy, how come you praise Finnmark's (and the antarctic islands') climate so much, as well as setting up a home in Lerwick?

Binghamton easily. Bogota looks comfortable and tranquil, but too boring. Binghamton has a much better mix of weather from solid winters to pleasant summers.
