Theed Palace has a very sunny, wet, and occasionally snowy "subtropical" climate. The summers are hot and humid with a good diurnal range and plenty of thunderstorms (90% of all rain from May-October is due to heavy downpours). This convective activity helps to maintain a very sunny atmosphere as it doesn't rain for hours on end and days on end. The dry season is spring and is arguably the most "pleasant" time of year. I will give this climate a B- since it gets more snow and thunderstorms than Vancouver. Summer is a bit hot but those thunderstorms really make up for it. I'd love to visit some day. Looks like a nice city:

A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.

Too warm, way too wet, D.
What makes summer diurnal ranges so large? 36/22 or 36/23 seems more reasonable with that precipitation.
Also not sure how November averages snowfall with a record low of -2 and probably a coldest day of like 8/1 or something like that.

My summers have record lows merely round β0Β° to β1Β° C, but have gotten snowfall five times within a century worth of recordsβsince 1893. Averages don't tell you everything, mate!

Those temperatures are mint, but the rainfall in summer is a bit too much.

C. Nice variety, but temp ranges a bit high in summer and too much rain.

The more I look at the climate the more I like it. It's a solid B at best.
