Lima. Copenhagen doesn't stand a chance. It's a bit unfair to compare it to subtropical places much closer to the equator.

1) Canberra. Very similar to Paris, but sunnier. 2) Paris. Still a decent climate, a little cooler than Canberra, but much cloudier. 3) Copenhagen. Summer isn't warm enough and winter isn't cold enough. Not terrible, but not good. 4) Lima. Very comfortable temperatures year-round, but cloudy, humid, and dry year-round would be boring and annoying.

Canberra beats Paris and Lima handily and utterly laughs at KΓΈbenhavn.

Canberra. Interesting that the record summer lows are colder than ours. Decent climate though nonetheless.

Paris slighty ahead of Canberra for the milder winters.

Jeez, I don't really like any of these.
But I think I'd choose Canberra since it seems like the most interesting one.
